Based on data provided by BEA Reports N. 2 and 3, in addition to geomor- phological evidence, it is suggested that the cause of the crash of Flight AF447 was the collision with a cyclone or large waterspout that carried sand and other mate- rials from the seafloor to the troposphere. It was caused by an underwater volcanic eruption in the mid Atlantic ocean ridge. The risk of these events can be predicted during flights, in real time, even at night.
Antecedents.
On March of 2011, the author suggested to some international agencies and institu- tions the possibility that some unknown causes of plane crashes had their origin in the collision with clouds of sand from submerged volcanic events. In particular, it was made express reference to the flight AF447, whose debris had been found two years after the accident in 2009/June/1th. The site http://luisblascabrera.com/Papers.html contains the report WATERSPOUTS AND EARTH DYNAMICS. A POSSIBLE RISK FOR AVIATION, which explains the physical mechanisms and how they can affect aviation, transporting sand from the seafloor to the troposphere. In the lines that follow, it is explained how some records obtained from the black boxes, show evidences of a collision as described.
Purpose of the Report.
It is to bring the world of aviation to attention in the recognition of a new risk, related to submerged volcanism, that can damage critically a plane by the rise of high waterspouts with basaltic sand, much heavier than volcanic ashes. Such risks can be prevented in the distance and time, by aircraft incorporating an electronic device capable of interpreting changes in the electric field of the earth, according to studies by the author.
